We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location). Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach to your doorstep.(Delhivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location ). In case customer hasn’t received the order but he got the order delivered confirmation by Tudor Online or logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such case customer has to report us within 48 hours after getting order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation message. We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and Email mentioning the shipping detail such as courier company, Docket No etc. A Customer can also track his order from his Tudor Online account in your order section.

Refund in Case of Order Cancellation

If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit or Net Banking then In such cases, we will add the paid order value in Customer’s Tudor Online Credit wallet at for further purchases on our website after the return of the product at our end and if the customer wish to get the payment refund to the source account then we are happy to refund the payment to his/her credit/debit card or original method of payment. shipping charges won’t be refunded if order processed for dispatch.
